Firewall Config on my BT2700HGV router

desparatly trying to configure my router to direct inbound traffic on port 443 to my internal server (NetScaler).
been through the menus it tells me it's done but still nothing.
Have configured dynamic DNS and I can tracert from external site and comes up with my Public IP but no redirect to my internal IP !!!!!
anyone help me configure this please?

you could go to the device list and check that the ip address for the device is the same as the one when you do ipconfig. also check that you did port forwarding to the correct device. the 2700 has a firewall log aswell. you can clear the log. go to canyouseeme.org and check port 443 several times and then look at the firewall log. it will tell you the destination port (443) the destination ip ( make sure the ip is correct and if 0.0.0.0 then the 2700 doesnt have an ip for that device ) and a result which is success packet passed or... some kind of fail i cant remember what it was.
