The Amahi does not appear to run active directory services which is why i have a proper server rather than a psuedo server where you do not even need additional software to achieve file sharing etc. Other than that it appears to be very suitable for home networking. One uses Tversity for that since it is only videos and music i wish to stream to my living room television.
Clearly GS you have not had much experience in server repair. My old server had major issues which required hours of work and now my new server i am managing to maintain successfully, however from time to time it will blip and i will need to do something on it. Touch wood nothing majotr has happened
