I am slightly confused as to what my options are for click to dial and/or softphone on the versatility. I have a Versatility with a Broadband Plus module, but no V-IP phones. Although the spec implies it comes with it, I do not appear to have any click to dial or softphone software. Another bit of the BT web site suggests I need "BT Unified Communicator" but the only information I can find on that is site full of video which implies it only works on the BCM system. What am I missing? My main requirement is simply to allow users to dial using (e.g.) Outlook.
