Reporting phishing attempts
Status: AcceptedI came online today to report a phishing attempt. I am sure you can do this somewhere on the BTbusiness site but after 15 minutes looking I gave up. Please put clearly somewhere on your front page a link to the report phishing attempts. What was the attempt? Well, I tried to tell you but there was nobody home. (And by the way - why do I have to register for this site - we are already a 'signed in' selected group of your customers. Is that not good enough?)
Would like to customise my home page so that I can have a short cut to ALL MY products and services. Current BT portal is basically 5 web sites trying to be one. Fed up of drilling down through multiples windows for each product or feature.
PS Have a nice day.
Some new services require checking local exchange connections by supplying your telephone number. For example, to check the availability of the Broadband 200Mpbs upgrade option the telephone number to be used to supply the service is entered into a web form for checking.
If your telephone is stored in your profile a widget could signal that you can the new service being advertised, avoiding disappointment after doing a test and finding that the local exchange has not been upgraded yet.
Not sure if you can do this, but interested in a real-time multiple line scroller with news + stock similar to bottom of screen on news tv channels. Cant really find an example to explain. Closest I could get was a demo on :

What do you think? Not seen one of these anywhere on the net so far.
Purdy.
A widget to allow me at add an RSS feed would be excellent, so I can create a page which pulls in the top say 5 articles from all my favorite RSS feeds, a little like what is possible on iGoogle.
New widgets
Status: ImplementedWe're considering adding some social networking widgets onto MyOffice currently we're looking at Twitter and Linkedin, let us know if you'll find Twitter and or Linkedin useful on your BT MyOffice page, alternatively if you have any ideas for other widgets that you would like us to look at developing as the new portal evolves then start a new idea in this section of the forum!
Thanks
Clifton
