What does your role involve?
I look to see how, where and when we should be using social tools in Customer Service.
What do you do in your spare time?
When I'm not a taxi service, I enjoy the odd visit to the Emirates.

My responsibilities are operational including Telephony, Broadband, Mobile, Movers as well as the Social Media Networking Team.
What do you do in your spare time?
Every other Saturday, I can still be found at Tynecastle Park, the home of the famous Heart of Midlothian FC.

I'm responsible for the systems that we use to enable us to realise our vision of being Number 1 for Customer Service.
What do you do in your spare time?
When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. 3 young children leaves little time for much else!

I’m responsible for the service for BT’s business customers across the UK.
What do you do in your spare time?
I spend my spare timewith my family, we’re an active bunch passionate about keeping fit, skiing and travel.
