Hi all,

I am trying to install the new McAfee security pack and am following all the on screen instructions.

It identifies that I have the old ISECP running and says it will be deleted which it does and then asks me to restart, telling me that the installer will begin automatically after the restart. However, after restarting, I keep getting a pop up box alerting me to the fact that "Authentium ESP 3 has stopped working" and giving me 2 options 1. check online for a solution and close the program OR 2. close the program. when I select either of these, I just keep getting another pop up telling me "Security Application was unable to start".

What do I do now??? HELP!!!

Hi there,

Sounds like a manual uninstall is required to clean up the files.

Give the helpdesk a call on 0845 600 70 20 opt 2 then opt 1 and ask to be put through to the VAS desk and explain your problem.  They will know of the issue and be able to help.
