i jave just got a broadband plus for my versatilly but i need help with setting up with my service provider which is sky broadband

Hi,

Good luck with that, because Sky don't give you login details.  You have no choice but to use their hardware, as the firmware is locked tighter than a duck's a**e.

I would be very surprised if your Versatility could be configured to use it.  You could check with the Versatlity Helpdesk tho - 0800 389 3364 is their number.

Would be happy to be proved wrong, but I'm doubting it.

Nah your right wolf.  You can only use the Versitlity with the broadband module as it is actually part of the system.  If you want to use another router then I would suggest purchasing a new line so they work independant of each other.

But if you want the versatility working on the sky line then you need to call the number above for info.  Or this one 08702408377 which may be better.
