Hi, my name is Dave and I work as a Featureline Product Specialist. I'd really like to hear what you think about any of the following web pages. So please go ahead and click on one of the links below...and let me know your thoughts:

I like the main pages, they are cool, clear and easy to read, although there is a lot of content on them.

The Help pages and the articles themselves are very good and easy to navigate, although the page looks a little dull.

Hi, the product pages look ok, although it's not clear immediately what the product is... Sure it says Featureline, but what is it? If I landed there randomly, I wouldn't know.

Also the help and support pages look like they've got lots of stuff, but some of it isn't immediately clear. Like the Troubleshooting Featureline article... A mega HUH? moment there. If I had to look at that I'd just give up and phone the helpdesk.

Sounds negative but meant in a positive spirit! I'm glad you're working on making things better! Hope this helps!
